DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

Yes, you will need to be referred by your GP, health care worker, school SENCO, or other professional providing care to your child. The office will request a copy of your referral document.

We also require the details of your child's named GP. The GP, and referrer where relevant, will be informed of your appointments.

WILL THE FEES BE COVERED BY MY MEDICAL INSURANCE?

Dr Racussen is closed to new patients referred by PMI companies. All new patients will need to be self-funding.
